About Beehive
Beehive Web Solutions was founded in 2010 by our CEO Alex Lon Phillips, in Dana Point, California. In the past 11 years we have executed marketing projects for clients in almost every niche & industry imaginable.
Beehive was named in honor of our CEO’s grandfather, Eric Phillips, who had a brush company in Johannesburg, South Africa in 1936 known as Beehive Brushware. Beehive was a very successful brand and the name has a unique sentimental significance to us.
Since 2010, we have completed countless website and marketing projects for a multitude of industries and target market demographics. We help our clients achieve their marketing goals and streamline business operations so they can focus on their core business offering.

About our CEO
Alex Lon Phillips
Alex is a serial entrepreneur with expertise in operations, project management and execution. He has worked in digital marketing for over 10 years and ran operations for large law firms, payment processing and insurance companies before starting Beehive.
Alex helps craft stories for clients based on the big picture and with their target market demographic in mind and was first introduced to computers at the age of 2. He is a student of art, design, technology and efficiency and looks at every clients goal like a puzzle to be solved. He enjoys putting the pieces together to help our clients meet and exceed their goals.
When he’s not in the office, Alex can be found doing yoga in Balboa Park, reading books on philosophy and business, painting or playing a game of ping pong. A seasoned traveler, Alex has spent time in Greece, Egypt, Israel, and Mexico and has plans to visit Easter Island and Indonesia in 2023.
Alex has always been passionate about art, design and creativity. As a member of MENSA and Intertel, Beehive was the perfect outlet for Alex to creatively express ideas and concepts through the medium of design and online marketing.
